I know we're not in other topics so excuse me for bringing this up but assassins creed 3 and/or black ops 2 were one of the easiest ways to get my mind of my approval. If you play video games, I recommend those two. AC3 because it's distracting with its detailed narrative (which I admit kinda sucked but hey, like I said the point is to distract yourself), and black ops 2 because there is nothing that gets your mind off things more than multiplayer in call of duty. You will rage so hard you forget you're illegal.

That or hang out with friends often.
