Me too. I did a walk-in but I was denied. It all has to be on-schedule. I am 20 years old also! 21 in March. I think we all know what that means...

It sounds like the office has improved since I went. The time I went they didn't want to let me in with just my matricula.
It is possible that the security guard was at lunch. I was scheduled at 1:00pm and I saw him.
