I applied on Nov. 26 and I got the 4-week letter since my EAD was still "fairly recent." I first called last Friday and a helpful representative told me that I wasn't on the system, she then gave me the extension # of the lady who filed my application. I first told her that I would call back in a few days but she told me to call her right away and leave her a voicemail because "processes like mine can be resolved quickly." I called her and left her a voicemail with my information but she never called me back. Today I called and another representative first told me that it was still too soon and I should give them more time. After pressing the representative for more info, she checked my application and she said that "there wasn't anything in the system yet."
