Had the same problem. The lady was chatting up a storm and wrote down my address wrong the first time so she had to start over. Then the second time she wrote my last and middle name wrong, so she had to start over again. On the third try everything was going well until she scanned my employment card. For some reason she said it wasn't going through. She tried a few more times and failed. so she made a photo copy and was sent to take my picture. They said I should get my ID in 2 weeks, but I question that now. This was at the Fullerton DMV. Don't really want to go back to that one now for my DL.
