I am still waiting as well. Sent it to Chicago on August 24th. Received first notice August 28. On September 6 I received my bio-metrics appointment for Oct. 4th. I was desperate and went a week earlier. Changed my address last week. Still have not heard from them. My case status check remains in the "initial review stages". A friend of mine sent it after me and got approved last week.
I am a bit scared that I am going to get denied. Perhaps there is something on my record I was not aware of or something
I came at 15, overstayed my visa, graduated HS in 2003 and I graduate college this Friday. I was charged with a drunk in public in 2007 but was dismissed before I went to court and I got an open container ticket at a festival four years ago. Those are the only 2 things that might disqualify me. They probably think I am an alcoholic...
