All the info I've seen states the process is "discretionary". I'm not talking about obvious cases like a 33 year old guy applying, or someone convicted of 9 DUI's etc, I'm talking about someone who meets all the requirements but for example, gets denied because he/she has too much savings, or has a good job, etc. anyone heard of such cases? such as a rouge officer who just doesn't like us and decides to straight out deny our application under "his" discretion.

BTW, congrats to all of you guys getting approved! I finaly grew a pair and am sending my application on Fri!
I highly doubt that would ever happen. I'm sure there are a handful of biased workers at these service centers, but they still have to go by the book. If you meet the requirements, you'll be approved.
