Do we re fill the same application from last time? The new application set to be release on the 14th is defferent, but what will it cover if you're approved?

I was denied the BOG waiver due to my 2011 income, but my 2012 will allow me to qualify. What steps should i take to guarantee acceptance for the 2013-2014 period? I already paid for my 2012 fall courses.
