my id and dl start with F and are identical, maybe the receipt number might be dif but both are the same number

real life experience:
lets say a cop pulls u over and u give em ur DL number (as its same as id) cause you dont have it, he'll pull the info out and it will say if you have one and expiration date
then comes luck part whether he'll give you a fix a ticket or a warning for not having ur actual license
