Plus, I mean, this isn't anything a community organization wouldn't have told you too. Not harming your own chances is a priority too, protecting the whistleblower is essential, otherwise no one would come forward. It's obvious this owner knows what "to do" to avoid paying for her/his crime, so it's best to be smarter.
She really does, what she have done to circumvent the overtime pay is to put overtime pay on the payroll sheet that we receive but at the same time charges us for food and boarding. It's so unfair considering how we're doing good to the community yet not being compensated enough and most even feeling harassed and insulted. What surprises me is that 60% of her worker is legal and are afraid of complaining.
