Hi everyone, I got my EAD 2 months ago and I've been apply for jobs in companies like BOA, Bloomberg, and some other financial/tech company. And had some interviews already.
I have a B.S. degree in computer science.
When I filed out application, what should be the answer if they asked you "do you need future sponsorship?"
I know they will not be able to provide us sponsorship at all but since many of the EAD when expired require sponsorship, else the employee will have no valid EAD and need to leave the country(I think), I am not sure how to response to this question.

When I was asked about my working status.
I usually said:

"unrestricted EAD acquired independently, valid until XX-2014, and it will very likely to be extend by that time, without any sponsorship from the company at all."

I am not sure if the company will find out my actual status and this always become a obstacle for me to land any jobs comfortably in any big company here.
