So I went to the parking service today to get my permit that I paid for. The lady there won't give it to me without a DL. She was like " I can't issue you a permit without a DL and you shouldn't be driving." She said it really loud and at that point everybody in the office was looking at me. Fu*k this shit, why is this happening? I sent in my application the second day and if they approve within 2 months like everyone else, I would've have my DL by now. Fuck man.
