It was yours then you just have to wait basically. I called to get it expedited since it was USCIS error and I have yet to hear if they granted my expedite or denied it. Also once they receive your card your status online will change to initial review. At least mine did once they received and processed my typographical EAD and paper work I sent.
Oh it was their fault. The DOB was wrong on the receipt for the EAD application, but not for my DACA application. I called them when I received the notice of action (months ago), and they said they'll take care of it. I send them my approval notices, the original EAD card, my birth certificate and passport with a letter explaining them what happen. So, as soon as i hear from them I'm going to call them to get it expedited because obviously it was their fault. They should received my package tomorrow...I'll keep you guys updated! fingers cross they don't make us wait that long...
