My sister opened a service request after the 30 days had passed on January 14. They told her she should be getting her bios letter within 2 weeks. So far a week has passed and she hasn't received anything. You gotta make sure you call a level 2 representative, they will help you out way more. Also the representative told my sister that if she doesn't get her bios letter within the 2 weeks, that she can call again and they will just fax her bios letter instead. U should have done the same.
