Like most of the people here, we've waited and waited for CIR to be passed, and at one point we were hopeful to at least see the DREAM Act passed because at the time, she was under the age requirement which I believe was 30.

With all of the talk now about CIR being passed and with the DREAM Act being a key component, I'm wondering if they've released any information on what the age requirements are.

Will she qualify? Should I hire an attorney or is this something that we should be able to do on our own?

Of course all of this is based on whether or not it actually makes it through congress. I realize we're not quite there yet, but I'd like to know what we have to look forward to if it does pass.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
