^^^ this but I'd add that you don't have to provide proof of your expenses AT ALL, so if the evidence you're sending are not relating to the requirements, sending proof of expenses is completely unnecessary
Also, $2000 is way too low. It should be at least $17,000 per year.
Don't lie on this form, there's no point. You don't have to provide proof of your expenses OR your income.
