I was finally APPROVED yesterday! Exactly 6 months after they received my initial petition. This has been a long and stressful process for me but I couldn't be happier! I have to say that persistence is what paid off in the end. They received my reply to the Request for Evidence on October 10th and then 60 days passed and I really started to worry. I tried Service Requests (Tier #2 customer service would put in Service Requests for the i-765, only thing they could do at the time, and it got me nowhere. I also emailed the followup email address for the Vermont Service Center. Each time it took about 2 weeks to hear back from the officer but I finally was in contact with an Officer. Then I contacted my Senator's office and asked for help. His officer contacted the Vermont Service Center and they told me I would hear back with 30 days. 30 calendar days passed and still nothing. Then yesterday I got an email from the Officer saying that I had been approved! I immediately checked my status online and it was all there. Now I'm waiting for my employment card to be delivered.
