I offered to pay out of pocket and she said no. She said she was going to call her insurance. She tooked a pic of my license plate and we exchanged phone numbers. We did not write a police report, we left before the cops showed up. The next day I received a phone call from a law office, I did not answered I just heard the voicemail. I had my dad call his insurance and deal with it. The insurance has not got back to my dad, so I am not exactly sure why is she suing me for.
