I filed myself and from what I understood personally is

Residency = Place where you currently live = Resident = I am a resident of this house. It wouldn't make sense to put your home country and it certainly doesn't automatically means Green Card since every country has different immigration structure.

OP check with your lawyer for the denial letters, sometimes they send it to your representative.
