not sure about the exact timeline but my sister got her EAD card yesterday
so it might have taken her less than 3 months

she sent the application mid to late january
did her fingerprints at the beginning of february I think
and i'm guessing got approved late last week
and got her card yesterday and went to the ssn office already. .
