to be honest, I would wait a year for it to clear up however, as long DHS never finds out about it you should be good so in case a dream act or a cir doesn't pass and you find a different method of fixing your status, wait at least a year before applying

Thanks for the tip

but what if CIR passes or Dream Act? Will they have some sort of waiver or relax the issue of immigrates Claiming US citizenship on I-9 form because that's a road block for alot of students or young children and dreamers who came to this country like me thinking they were us citizens because some of there immediate close family members are Us citizens.
