Hi all. My sister was approved today. Timeline below:

Received at Vermont on September 19th.
Bios on 10/10
I765 approval, followed by I821D approval a few hours later: 04/08

She was not transferred, or RFE'd. The name she uses and the name on her immigration documents were different. In the "extra info" section of I821D we inclulded an explanation about why her names are different (you know how immigrants love messing with names).

Hopefully I, and everyone else, get an approval soon. I submitted my app on 10/03.
