So this is the response I got back for my e-request from USCIS, its not an approval yet but it made me feel a little better that they are gonna review and acknowledge my application soon, since I'm over the 6 month period. At least now I know I got they're attention lol

This notice acknowledges receipt of your status inquiry concerning your pending Request for Deferred Action. *Your case has remained pending beyond the expected six month processing period. *We recognize your interest in a final decision on your pending request and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. *The California Service Center is committed to processing this workload, and will be making every effort to review your case in an expeditious fashion as soon as available under our resource constraints.
