I had previous cases pending which I thought would have helped me to get approved right away, but I was wrong. Sent in tons of evidence since I've been here since I was an infant. No criminal record. College grad. 25 years old. Had an attorney file for me.

I had submitted an e-request on line on March 23 didnt get the confirmation of my request to my email nor through the mail so I called again this past Friday April12. The guy who helped me, filed another service request for me on Friday an told me to just wait and be patient.

I checked my case online today around 445ish and was still on intial review. Then at 510 I got a text mssg saying that my case had been updated and sure enough it had!
