thank you, what i did which i filed i130 with the retention of priority date of mother thru her sister was a 50/50 chance cause the age retention case was still on pending at supreme court, we can say its really a gamble, for me better gamble something that i could lose than to lose it by not doing anything,...

thanks again hope on May 15 USCIS will give me the best present i could get, "why would they schedule something they will deny on a person's birthday?" its plain cruelty to do that to someone which that person was waiting for so long time just to here he got denied on his bday

its better form them to say case will be pending until the case ends on supreme court than to deny it, in my opinion they shouldnt denied the case cause we won CSPA case the just appeal to it to lessen there work load for something they did wrong before until todays immigration law
