I went pretty early in the morning and was in and out within 30 minutes. Mostly because I have never filed with my ITIN. I've always been a dependent until now. So the guy took my old ITIN letter, and told me to start using the SSN for all tax purposes from now on.
Also, it's in building #2 (the smaller one on the east side). I walked into the wrong one and had to walk through the parking garage to get to the right place. Lol.
