i just sent out my RFE for the same reason. I gave my lawyer my rental agreements for 2o12 and 2013, i also threw in receipts from my fishing licence from 2011-2013 and receipts from a bunch of camping trips i took. She said it was enough. i you have car insurance that could also work.
