When they received my RFE, I was instructed that I had to wait 60 days, I checked my case online probably everyday, if not, I missed about 3 or 4 days. But since they received my RFE on Feb 19th, 2013 to now, the only update to my case online was last night, when I checked it and it went from Initial Review to Decision, which was the letter I received last night in the mail, saying that I was denied. Last time it was in Initial Review was on Monday 13th, 2013, when I checked online.


I sent my RFE with everything they asked for. Response was due by April 11, 2013, from the above date I sent mines out with everything on the 10th of FEB, 2013 and they received it on the 19th of FEB, 2013.

REQUESTED EVIDENCE THAT I SENT AND MORE:

Passport- COPIES OF EXTENSION SINCE 2005-2011 & A copy of my new Passport from 2012-2017 as well as my Passport Number. Copy of I-94, Copy of Passport Page showing my Entry into the US & NYC.

High School Records, High School Diploma, Official Transcripts from College & High School, Test Results, Internship Certificates & Completion Awards, Extracurricular High School Activities with dates, Class Schedules from 2001-2005, Copies of my Awards(15+) from my Award Banquet, even the invitation that was given to me to attend the banquet.

Immunization Records from 2001-2004, dates where I took all my shots at 2 different facilities & 2 different doctors. Copies of Birth Certificates OLD & NEW.

Proof of my paid Internships at JPMorganChase, BearStearns, USBS, MOMA Museum, Children's Museum Of Manhattan, The Brooklyn Museum. Teachers Shadowship Program, Mouse Squad Computer Building Committee.

I worked from 2001-2005 at a Supermarket in NYC called C-Town Supermarket. The supermarket was closed along with its other 3 branches. Something horrible in my life occurred giving me the opportunity to further my education and not have to work. My Dad died and left me with an inheritance, enough to live and go to school. I was hoping to atleast get my approval and not have keep taking from my inheritance.
