Hey Guys,

Im looking to move to SF and wanted to see if there is anyone there that would help me situate myself. I'm currently in Los Angeles, It is not far but since SF is the most expensive city to live in now, I would like some advice and possibly some help in finding a roommate. If anyone could give me a breakdown to what I would need to live there in terms of

-the amount of money to start out with
-expectations of finding a roommate
-best neighborhood to live in (im 29 m, college educated, somewhat artistic/finance education)

I heard there are a lot of tech jobs, Im not a tech guy but I would like to find a better paying job.
