My parents and I get rides from friends and family to work almost everyday, and we dont just freeload off them for rides we help pay for gas and give them cash weekly. You cant just expect to get free rides without helping out with gas and cash for their effort in helping you out... One final thought, if you know your breaking the law and get caught then dont come on these forums bitchin and moaning that you got arrested, you were asking for it.

USCIS said when they issued the deferment guidelines that they would ignore any records in regards to driving without a license. If you are gonna get all 'legal' on us, then I guess we should immediately leave the country.
That being said, be careful everyone. In a lot of area they reuse the checkpoints, so try to avoid high drinking areas on holidays where there is known prior checkpoints. I got stopped once here in NY State but they only check registration and inspection and asked if I had been drinking. And yes generally suburbs are worse than inner cities. It is a pita to get arrested, and really stressful. So good luck.
