finally !! lol.....

actually I woulda been approved since April..... FULL blame for my lawyer for sooooo many delays.. soooo many days...weeks...months... WASTED.

First: I got an RFE on 4/12 cuz my lawyer pretty much filtered all the stuff that I brought to his office back in sept '12... only took the "important" ones.... it turned out when RFE letter came in... I sent in the rest of the papers that he did NOT take and........ got approved. dumb dumb.

Second: My damn lawyer did NOT let me know that RFE letter came in... i think it took me 3 weeks to actually call them if they have the letter and they said... "oh ya it's here, USCIS wants more proof" (which i already knew cuz i check my damn case status online every other day duhhhhhhr), walked-in his office the next day with the rest of the paper works.

Third and last: The day after I dropped off the rest of needed evidence... his secretary went on a month out of the country vacation and "forgot" to take 10sec of her life to drop off the package. NIIIIIICCCEEEEE. After 3+ weeks of checking my status online, it still says that RFE was sent at 4/12, I finally called my lawyer's office again to confirm if they sent the package or not. Thats when i found out about the secretary being in vaca and his "people" will send my forgotten-package ASAP (great).

I was furious at them, but it is what it is, can't do nething about it, what's done is done.

With all the stuff I learned from this site, I woulda done my application by myself, but my case was a lil extra complicated since im under deportation proceedings and my lawyer has lots of my files already. So i had to use him.

like i said it is what it is.... but im finally approved now, so thank GOD !!!
