I sent a Dr's note (original), copy of grandparents marriage certificate (was trying to show proof of their 60th wedding anniversary) and copy of my birth certificate (states my grandparent's names which I used to demonstrate proof of kinship) all notarized and translated as well as DACA approval letter, copy of my passport and 2 photos. Oh and don't forget to write a letter explaining why you need to travel.

I'm sorry about your loss So sad we have to go through that.
But I am so happy I will finally have the chance to! I honestly have always feared I would lose them before being able to return. I lost my paternal grandparents while I was here and it was sad but I wasnt nearly as close to them as I am to my mom's side.
