I didn't get charged with anything because I have never been arrested. I talked to my lawyer and USCIS did not include my arrest or deposition in the RFE so he called to ask for the date of my "so called arrest" and it was in may 2006. He told me to get a court deposition saying I have never been charged for anything, he told me he was going to send it and uscis should accept their multiple errors. So I'm getting the court deposition today after work so he can send it and the waiting game starts all over again
