Don't believe a word they say. They would say anything to get off the phone with you. Uscis gives very inaccurate information and are extremely unreliable when it comes to a speedy process. People who have been approved beg to differ but they aren't the ones waiting for 10 months. They claim to be working on applications for October 16th almost one year after the program was implemented. State representative get allot more info if they reach out to USCIS but when we call they read exactly the same thing we see when we look up our applications. The best remedy is to wait and try not to think of it. Clearly I should take my own advice but I've been waiting since last August when I submitted my application.
