You can't blame republicans or democrats... It absolutely does not make sense to.. The only person to blame is John boehner he won't let it go to a vote.. If your shitty party doesn't support it then so be it, let it show on the god damn votes, don't fucking block it from being voted on.. This hastart rule is ridiculous, 25% controls 100% it's fucking ridiculous boehner needs to get voted out for not letting the democratic process take place it doesn't fucking make sense..
