Not for the BOG but for the Dream Act you enter information exactly as it appears on your tax forms. I was denied the BoG one semester because i told them i made too much.

1st Renewal: Aug. 17, 2014 (80 days )
2nd Renewal: Oct. 2, 2016 (185 days )
