Sorry guys been figuring this out. There was no decision and there is no court date. The case was dismissed a while back and have not heard anything. I sent my DACA and Work permit authorization. The job is for Chase Bank. I will keep you guys posted I should find out if it was sufficient proof.. Smh. Pisses me off though, its a entry level job and they wanna ask why I am in removal proceedings since 06 and the only reason is cause we over stayed our visa..
