There was no daca option so I wrote it on the side. In the system she marked that my SSN was for work only.

Clearly they were confused at the health clinic because the SSN is not 'for work only'. It is 'valid for work only with DHS authorization'. I don't know why this confuses people, but this means it can be used for work only with DHS authorization. This is a valid SSN for the rest of your life even if you never renewed your DACA.
