That's precisely why the activists are planning to shutdown the White House switchboard like they did with DACA. He won't do anything unless we see them use the same tactics that got us DACA in the first place. This is apparently just the start of a push for expanded deferred action. Guess we're going to see more arrests and more civil disobedience until the President gets off his hands and does
something.
