There are many loan repayment programs for health care workers who will work for a couple of years in an underserved area.

The University of California is DACA friendly. Check out UC Davis School of Medicine - they have a terrific primary care program for students interested in working with underserved populations. Most universities have Diversity Officers who are glad to answer your concerns. Go to college websites and search "diversity" to get an idea of how supportive they are to Dreamers.
