So after emailing the director and Sheila Ruffin, I actually got a call from Sheila Ruffin. She said she saw in the system that my file was last updated on Feb 5th and she put in a few requests to Nebraska and will call me again in a few days when she hears from them. Really nice lady, seems like she really trying to help so we'll see what happens.
