So I've been doing the intermediate plan from the famous youtuber scooby1969. I kind of dont like it because it feels like you are working out every single day even though in reality you are only working out each body group two times a week.
I wanted to know what are the fitness plans some of you follow, and if you work out at home or go to the gym, and perhaps most importantly have those routines given you good results?
Maybe talk about nutrition also since it is also important.
