I haven't seen his advance routine, but you need to be careful with working out everyday. You always need at least one day rest(or light cardio) out of the week to give your central nervous system a break. Those routines are usually for people with a very tight lifestyle(right diet,enough rest,good genes) or steroids. Most people will do fine with 3 days of weights a week and cardio in between.
