He's lucky to be alive. He should be thankful to have benefited from publicly funded emergency service workers in the first place. He isn't in the country legally; he was never owed anything by these people or their services.
I'm in nursing and I would be afraid to help a guy like this..!

I did not say the guy is right to sue, so please dont put words in my mouth. I said he had the right to sue, they are not one in the same. If u believe u have been wronged and want to use the legal system to bring light to the situation then all the power to u. This is a case of the legal system not an immigration matter so please dont confuse the two. This man believes he was wronged and whether or not u agree with him is irrelevant. Just because u dont agree with his disposition doesn't make it any less just.

He has no standing in this country to be using the court system in the first place. People like this guy make people hate dreamers.

Everything else u said is either irrelevant or irrational so i choose to ignore them. Now to the bolded statement...they would know to look for him, because it is their job to know. He is suing them, because he believes they did a poor job. Whether or not u agree with his assessment of the situation is irrelevant. That is up to the legal system to decide, not your opinion nor his legal status in this country.
