That's still awesome =] I lost over 35lbs and now I'm gaining weight back in muscle mass

never thought I'd be happy seeing the number on my scale going up haha (I've been keeping track of my progress with weekly pictures and it's awesome to see the difference!!

). I will actually be running my first 5k in 2 months, so I'm currently in prep. mode for that! =P We'll see how it goes...
Regardless, I've found a passion for fitness and it's my lifestyle now. It's definitely the best anti-depressant out there and so worth it!
