I also received a RFE from USCIS. Asking for Certified Court Documents of my Criminal Case Disposition. My lawyer already obtain these from the State/County Court three days ago and will probably be sending them Next Week.

I am so nervous. I truly wish and hope that I get Approved. I was so patient and time went by so fast (8 months), but now these last couple of days I've become anxious and don't know what to think now. I want to stay positive.

Time Line:

Sent Application: Express Mail August 15, 2013. 126 pages thru Lawyer to Chicago, IL .

Recieved Receipt Notice Form I-797C of Application and Fee Received on August 21, 2013 and Rauted to the Nebraska Service Center.

Biometrics scheduled for and done on September 24, 2013

Sent an e-Service Request on March 09, 2014. No Answer then.

Recieved a RFE dated April 17, 2014 due Before July 14.
