So after 11 months, last night I received a Text at 5:45pm, that my case was updated, I was shaking. I hurried and logged on from my phone to see that I will I will be receiving a RFE letter

"On May 6, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. "

I never did any service request as the lawyer suggested not to. We shall see what the letter says.



6/5/2013 I sent my application (used attorney) Nebraska
6/12/2013 letter for biometrics received
7/3/13 Biometrics done (walk-in) was sceduled for 7/21/13
5/6/14 RFE (got at text at 5:45pm saying the case was updated)
**Currently waiting to see what the RFE is for....
