I separated every individual set of forms or photocopies with its own regular paper clip.
I then pretty much combined everything with one ACCO clip.
I didn't even include a cover page this time explaining anything.
Nothing too fancy. Simple and neat.
They should get the picture once they see its for a renewal. Check the name, browse the documents, send out approval. 1, 2, 3...everyone goes home happy...lol...
