No, you find the flat rate envelopes that they provide for free. Put your paperwork inside ( I put then in a manila envelope first) then put the shipping address and tour return address with a label or hand written on the designated area. Then pay at the counter or kiosk machine. If you don't know which envelope, ask someone for the flat rate 2 day shipping ones. Hope that helped. NO, the first address.
