I sent my application today to Chicago Lockbox Facility.

For those of you who are planning to take passport photos, Costco does 4 prints for $4.99 + tax. Mine came out like a mug shot, but it's cheap and fast. I waited ~15 minutes to pick up the photos.

Now the waiting starts...!
