If so you dont have to be married to apply for advanced parole.
You need certified letter from the doctor that your father is visiting. Make sure he specify evetything .
You also need your birth certificate ( to proof the relationship) make sure it has the apostille sealed. You send the copies they dont need the originals.
You need copies of your daca letter showing you were approved.
Copy of your driver license, social security, and work permit.

Make sure to translate everything that is not in english. And make copy of everything. I would recomend a front letter explaining why you want to travel or explain something you can explain in the application form.
